Welcome to The Edible Art Company. Our cake studio is based in scenic Broadstone, Dorset, and we deliver to venues all across Dorset. We design and create custom celebration cakes, wedding cakes and cupcakes to order. Every single delicious sponge cake is freshly baked for your special day! Our intricate decorations are all completely edible and created by hand from scratch, so you simply won't find cakes like ours anywhere else. We celebrate being unique at EAC, and your cake will be designed just for you.
I was DJ'ing recently with the Wessex fm Disco at a birthday party. The birthday cake at this event was amazing, skilfully crafted in the shape of an old transistor radio. It looked stunning and tasted just as good. I can highly recommend The Edible Art Company if you require a 'top notch' cake for your event.

About
Nikki has established herself as a master of edible artistic creations. Starting out in her hometown of Weymouth 8 years ago, Nikki has had the honour of creating cakes for the Pandora jewellery brand, and Australian TV star Julia Baker (AKA Snake Sheila). Even DJ Owen at Wessex FM was blown away!
Designing and creating are in Nikki’s blood; she is an artist with sweet confections as her medium. Her passion and attention to detail go hand in hand to make beautiful cakes which are always freshly baked, using natural, local ingredients wherever possible, ensuring that they look spectacular and still have that wholesome, homemade taste. (And yes, she is a raging perfectionist, but that just means your cake will be as perfect as possible!)

Our aim is to have everyone be able to enjoy fresh, wholesome cakes at special events , which is why we cater for vegans, and those with a dairy or gluten intolerance.
