Terms and Conditions

Once your cake is collected it is your responsibility to ensure it is transported and stored safely. Keep the box level, in the passenger footwell of a vehicle or even better, bring a friend to hold it level on their lap. Our cakes taste best eaten at room temperature, but they will be chilled before collection to handle the journey easier. As every creation is bespoke we do not offer refunds.

 

We make every effort to ensure all of your cake decorations will be edible, however occasionally a design may require additional materials which will need to be removed before consumption. You will be made aware of this when you receive your cake.

 

Wedding Cakes

To book a tasting, please use the contact form above to arrange an appointment. Tastings cost £15 and are paid for in advance.

To book your wedding date, a £50 deposit is required.This is non refundable and cannot be transferred to another date or order.

Wedding cakes will always be delivered and setup for you at your chosen time and venue. We will liaise with the venue staff to ensure a smooth delivery before you arrive. If a cake stand is hired, it is your responsibility to return it to us in the condition you received it, within two days of the wedding.
